Healing Kind offers a confidential space for:

  • Life changes, grief, and transitions
  • Recovery from harm, abuse and trauma

 

Therapeutic approach: Pluralistic and person-centred, drawing from humanistic, CBT, and relational models to meet each client's individual needs (more on the next page).

 

I have 19 years experience of supporting individuals who are neurodivergent through challenges and change. Offering tailored counselling that recognises diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. Through creativity and flexibility, I integrate approaches such as visual expression, storytelling, and grounded sensory techniques to ensure therapy feels accessible and meaningful.

 

Session format: Online via secure video, offering flexibility and comfort from your own space. I offer short-term or longer-term psychotherapy, depending on what you feel you will benefit from.
