Kindness, Clarity, and Growth
The foundation of my work is kindness - creating a safe and respectable environment where genuine change can take root. Within this space, we explore your experiences together, helping you make sense of emotions, patterns, and choices.
My practice is grounded in the pluralistic approach which includes person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, and NLP methods. This means our work together is flexible, creative and collaborative, guided by what feels most effective and relevant for you. I draw upon each therapeutic model thoughtfully - combining empathy with insight, structure with creativity - to support growth, resilience, and lasting change.
My aim is to help you heal at your own pace, develop resilience, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or hurt.
Therapy sessions are online through TEAMS and last for 50 minutes. We arrange a day and time that suits you and I send you a link to our TEAMS meeting via email.
